Pererenan combines a Balinese village setting with a rapidly growing collection of villas, cafés and restaurants. Accommodation may sit on small lanes away from the main road, so a scooter can be convenient for experienced riders. At the same time, construction access, pedestrians and delivery vehicles make slow, patient riding important.
The shortest map route is not always the best route. Some lanes are extremely narrow or unsuitable in wet conditions. Stay on familiar roads after dark and avoid following navigation into a path that does not look safe.
Beach trips and connections to Canggu
Pererenan Beach and the neighboring coastal areas attract more traffic around sunset. Use official parking, lock the scooter and keep the key and valuables secure. Roads toward Echo Beach and central Canggu can become congested even when the distance is short.
If you have a reservation in Canggu or Seminyak, leave extra time rather than trying to recover delays by riding faster. The practical advantage of a scooter is easier parking and flexibility, not permission to ignore local traffic rules.
Weekly and monthly rental for longer stays
Many Pererenan guests stay for one or more weeks. A weekly rental avoids arranging transport every day, while monthly rental is suited to remote workers and residents. Keeping the same scooter also means you become familiar with its controls and storage.
For long-term rental, park inside the property when possible and ask the accommodation host about secure overnight space. Contact us promptly if the scooter needs attention rather than continuing to ride with a warning sign or unusual noise.
Villa delivery details
Send a precise map pin because villa names can be duplicated and street numbering is inconsistent. Include check-in time and a working WhatsApp number. If the final lane is difficult, suggest a nearby landmark where the handover can be completed safely.
Delivery availability depends on the scooter, dates and our route from Tabanan. Confirm everything before arrival, particularly during busy holiday periods.

Use a valid licence, wear a correctly fitted helmet and make sure your personal insurance covers scooter riding. Do not ride when inexperienced, tired or impaired. Follow local rules, slow down for changing road conditions and choose alternative transport whenever riding would not be safe.
